There was a need to keep the garage cooler and to control the temperature in the garage under control.  We custom fit and installed an insulated radiant barrier that will not only insulate the garage door but also and an radiant barrier layer.  This will keep the garage much cooler and will help beat the heat we get in Raleigh in the summers.

Rob and Kasi also wanted to make their home more comfortable and lower their utility bills.  We did an air seal limiting the unwanted airflow between the house and the attic, we added a solar powered attic fan to suck the hot moist air out of the attic, and lastly we added the awesome Tempshield radiant barrier to keep heat out of the house in the summer and keep the heat in during the winter.
