The Millers

The Millers recently had their attic upgraded with a radiant barrier, solar powered attic fan, our special hot water heater jacket, and an attic air seal.  Because the attic is used as storage we applied the radiant barrier along the truss line. You can see the before and after.

Here is their solar powered attic fan in place.

One thing we do to minimize bad weather danger is screw AND bolt our fans down, giving them added strength for strong winds.  It's well above what the manufacturer requires but we prefer the extra piece of mind.

Last but not least we also wrapped their hot water heater in our special radiant barrier insulated jacket.
